Parental Council

A message from THS Parent Council.

Welcome to the latest section of the Tong High School website.  The newly establish Tong High School Parent Council wants to help ensure that parents have a voice in the key developments taking place at the school.  It is our firm belief that by working together in partnership with the school we can best help our children to maximise their potential and achieve their ambitions.

At our first meeting we agreed two priorities for parental consultation;

  1. The Tong High School PRIDE values
  2. Homework

Parental views around homework have been gathered from the recently completed parental survey which we hope that you were able to complete.

To follow the link to the survey please click here - this quick survey will allow us to gather the view of parents on the introduction of ‘non-negotiables’ as part of the schools aim to become outstanding.  Please find the time to complete the survey and have your say in shaping the development of Tong High School into an outstanding learning environment.
