19 Year 9 students have established a Peer Mentoring system in school to help students discuss and sort out minor confrontations. The students aim to encourage all students to take more responsibility in avoiding confrontation and also in being more pro-active in resolving any disputes.
The 19 students have been trained to be Peer Mediators and they have organised the appointments system, feedback and roles of each student involved themselves. These 19 students will be involved in training younger students to become Peer Mediators in the next Academic Year.
